Job Description

As a Supply Chain and Packaging Engineer, you will develop and implement logistics and packaging solutions for new automotive projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, cost efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement supply chain and packaging concepts for new projects (inbound, internal, and outbound flows).
• Calculate physical logistics flows and define optimal stock levels.
• Prepare logistics and packaging specifications, documentation, and cost estimates.
• Lead packaging development: from concept to prototypes and series production (cardboard and durable packaging).
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to validate packaging solutions and meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project timing, customer requirements, and IT/IS system alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in packaging and logistics processes.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, project development, or change management.
• Proven experience in supply chain or packaging engineering within the automotive industry.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Slovak required; German is an advantage.
• High commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
