Auto Insurance Consultant (In-house)

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, comprehensive explanations about insurance terms, benefits, and application processes.
• Understand and assess customers' specific needs related to vehicle insurance and financing solutions.
• Efficiently manage data entry to prepare accurate quotes, applications, and contracts using our systems.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
• Track and analyze sales performance of financing and insurance products, preparing insightful reports.

Candidate Profile:

• BSc degree in Insurance Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Insurance Intermediary Certificate / Insurance Agent's Certificate
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or insurance/financial products.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
