As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Business Central to join our Pokeno-based team and play a critical role in our ERP journey and long-term operational excellence.

Reporting to the IT Systems and Data Manager and based at our Pokeno site in Auckland, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Business Central (BC) from a supply chain and operations perspective. This will include areas such as purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, master data management and analytics.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

• Leading Business Central (BC) ERP implementation, including gathering business requirements and managing fit-gap analysis
• Supporting design, testing, configuration and training phases of the project lifecycle
• Acting as the subject matter expert for BC across supply chain functions
• Driving continuous improvement, system enhancement and post-implementation support
• Working closely with third-party partners and internal stakeholders across IT and Operations

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Central Business Analyst, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG environments
• Experience across end-to-end BC ERP implementation, including ISV applications and master data management
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and strong analytical, documentation, and configuration skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
