Continuous Improvement aims to ensure best performances by improving processes as well as common standards and to have high performing culture in all key areas from incoming raw materials to finished good, finance, HR and admin functions. What You’Ll Be Doing:
- To lead the Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation plan throughout the organization by implementing:
- To provide support to local Managers/all teams in completing Continuous Improvement Training and the application of Six Sigma & Lean tools so that all teams can identify, remove, and minimize the impact of manufacturing opportunities through waste elimination, increased capacity, improved efficiency, improved logistics, and reduced complexity. And from these opportunities define projects to achieve clear company goals/vision. To do it.
- Facilitate CI Workshops: learning by doing & Kaizen events with cross-functional teams
- Organize CI communication within the CI Road Map
- Communicate lessons learned and best practices from improvement projects. Standardize good practices and share them within the Region
- Prepare quarterly CI report for regional CI manager; communicate in Monthly basis with region about CI Road Map progress, status and issues.
- Prepare and participate to the CI-Assessment.
- Develop CI and Assessment Skills.
- Participate actively to the regional network of CI managers
- Celebrate successes in the concept of Idea Generation System and Business Plan
- Shop Floor Management :5S, Daily Meetings, Blue Collar Skill Matrix and Problem-solving techniques (Fishbone and 5 Why), Layered Audit or Gemba Walk
- Professional Maintenance: to increase Reliability engineering (decreasing breakdown ratio with problem solving techniques) and preventive maintenance ratio
- Statistical Process Control: Control Chart & Digitalization
- Lean Flows - SMED, KANBAN, VSM, OEE Improvement
- Lean Service: Non-manufacturing area improvement project.
- Business Plan, X-Matrix or Hoshin Kanri implementation to cascade company KPIs/goals into department level

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field of study.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Certifications required but not limited to SAP, Lean Manufacturing, Process Statistical tools, Root Cause Analysis.
- Minimum 13+ years of experiences in MNC organizations.
