Job Purpose
Assists the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Superintendent in the preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment associated with the MH Plant. Works on RSR and RCA recommendation implementation, Monitoring and developing maintenance strategy based on Failure Mode Effect Analysis. Key Accountabilities
Communicate with supervisors / planning for daily work schedule and completed jobs to monitor the performance and bad actors.
Mechanical system trouble shooting and determine repair procedure.
Major overhauling procedure to be initiated and prepare JSA & SMPs accordingly. Should be conversant with HSE compliance
Contributes to the development of Mechanical Maintenance Procedures.
Works on RSR and RCA recommendation implementation, Monitoring and developing maintenance strategy based on Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
Writes and submits reports to Engineer regarding predictive maintenance requirements of equipment, RSR & RCA recommendations implementations Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent, 4 Years of Experience Diploma, 8 years of experience Minimum Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent, 4 Years of Experience Diploma, 8 years of experience Ma’aden High-Performance Competencies: Works with respect to Ma’aden core values as Care, Integrity, Teamwork, and Ownership & Accountability. Self-starter with minimal inputs for development activities.
