ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Center Support Technician to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a 24x7 watch-floor position with rotating shifts that can vary between 10-12 hours. Ability to support rotational schedule to include day, mid and night shifts is a requirement.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review, assign, reconcile and support the transfer of data throughout their lifecycle.
  • Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for monitoring to Intel Customers.
  • Help provide support for Workflow Management services
  • Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments
  • Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments
  • Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment
  • Monitor and support ticket workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree. 
  • 2+ years of Information Technology experience supporting a help desk environment
  • Ability to support rotating work schedule as necessary for 24x7 operational support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience supporting a help desk environment. 
  • IAT Level II certification.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph 

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication.
