Are you an ERP Specialist with experience with Logistics and Supply Chain? OR you're motivated ERP professional open to learn new business areas? If this sounds like you then we are looking for YOU to join our Dynamics 365FO projects team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business operations and ERP systems, ensuring our logistics and supply chain processes are effectively supported, standardized, and continuously improved through D365. You will have an exciting opportunity to see the world travelling for the role!

You will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with both global business to understand business requirements, configure D365 applications, and provide expertise in leveraging the platform to drive efficiency and innovation within Hempel. Your deep understanding of supply chain operations, combined with hands-on ERP experience (preferably Dynamics 365 or SAP), will be key in driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as functional ERP expert for logistics (Dynamics 365 FO; SAP experience also valuable).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP process improvements.
  • Participate in and lead activities such as:
  • Ensure high-quality system solutions, following established change control and governance processes.
  • Contribute to roll-outs, global deployments, and optimization projects.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams and support upskilling of colleagues.
  • Collaborate across functions to align ERP with real-world operations.
  • Fit-gap analysis and solution design
  • System configuration and testing (UAT)
  • Cutover planning and post-go-live support
  • Continuous improvements and template governance (applying new standard functionalities and features)

What We’Re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of proven ERP experience (Dynamics 365FO or SAP preferred) e.g. business-side ERP specialist.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes (ideally related to manufacturing OR similar: distribution, warehousing, transport, factory logistics, order management).
  • Ability to work globally across cultures and teams, with strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Structured, analytical mindset with excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • D365FO certifications are a plus, but practical hands-on ERP knowledge is even more important.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
