About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Associate Director of Operations to help drive efficiency, collaboration, and growth across our digital marketing agency. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our team—building systems and automations that keep projects moving, ensuring client deliverables are met on time, managing our coordinators and empowering team members to do their best work. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Operations, account leads, creatives, and strategists, to make sure every campaign runs smoothly and delivers results.

- Build and refine workflows that keep campaigns on track and teams aligned.
- Identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement processes that scale with growth.
- Standardize best practices across client accounts while keeping flexibility for custom needs.
- Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization across multiple projects and client portfolios.
- Manage project management platforms to ensure visibility, accountability, and clear communication.
- Keep a pulse on timelines, budgets, and deliverables—flagging risks before they become issues.
- Partner with client services, creative, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Act as the connective tissue between departments, ensuring no details fall through the cracks.
- Lead and mentor the coordinator team, providing training and guidance while ensuring the quality and performance of their work.
- Keep up to date with changing technologies and tools available to our teams
- Support leadership with insights and recommendations on team performance and operational health.
- Track KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting on agency operations, identifying opportunities to optimize.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate campaign reporting for clients.
- Evaluate and manage the agency’s tech stack for project management, automation, and marketing execution.
- Champion the adoption of tools that improve collaboration and performance.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or an agency operations role.
- Fluent Written and Spoken English – You can both speak and write fluently in English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (media, creative, strategy, analytics).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp-is a plus, etc.).
