About The Role
As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of three, working in our quality control laboratory to ensure the integrity of our naphthenic specialty products. In this role you will work with internal stakeholders such as Technical Support & Development, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. You will also have contact with external stakeholders like suppliers of chemicals, instruments, and technical services, as well as customers’ technical staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Register, analyzing, and reporting samples in the LIMS database.
- Supporting Manufacturing with batch sample analyses and production control.
- Performing routine and special analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Contributing to HSSE efforts—our top company priority.
- Participating in daily lab operations and ensuring compliance with the Nynas Management System and LEAN principles.
About You
We value individuals who are organized and flexible. You are cable of working independently within a team.
Further Requirements For The Role:
- 2+ Years experience in laboratory work with oil products or product analysis.
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- A valid driver’s license.
