Your Tasks:
- You are actively involved in developing a compelling story the newly shaped Refined Fibre and B2B unit
- You plan, implement and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, web, social media, etc.).
- You operate and continuously improve the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics dashboards).
- You support the development of comprehensive market maps
- You generate and qualify leads through targeted, cost efficient activities and compelling product-, application- and customer specific content.
- In your role, you ensure a seamless lead flow from Marketing to Sales, incl. tracking, scoring and nurturing across the funnel.
- You build and maintain performance reporting (campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, ROI) and translate insights into actions.
- You standardise and optimise processes and workflows to ensure efficient, consistent campaign execution.
- You plan and coordinate our participation in industry trade fairs and events.
Your Profile:

- Experiences and Know-How:
- Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German, French, Italian are of advantage.
- Personality:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Alternative: Commercial apprenticeship with additional marketing qualification (e.g., IHK Marketingfachwirt) plus strong practical track record.
- 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with responsibility for multi-channel campaigns (email, web & social) and measurable lead generation.
- Experience in tissue paper, pulp or paper industry is an advantage.
- Hands on with CRM and marketing automation; ideally Salesforce. Proven experience with lead scoring, nurturing and a seamless handover to Sales.
- Analytical mindset: you build and maintain campaign/funnel dashboards (conversion, CPL, ROI) and translate insights into actions (Excel/Power BI or comparable analytics tools).
- Experience in planning and coordinating trade fairs/industry events.
- Process orientation: you standardise and optimise campaign workflows and interfaces across Marketing, Sales and adjacent functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable and flexible; takes ownership for strong choices.
