Your Team & Your Mission
Join our dynamic Commercial Team at Eskimi, where we are dedicated to expanding our network and driving revenue growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals.
We’re seeking a commercially driven leader with proven expertise in sales & business development, digital media, growth strategies, and relationship management — ideally with an established network of brands and agencies in the region. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building market presence, and shaping Eskimi’s long-term impact in Francophone Africa.
What You’Ll Do
- Spearhead new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the region.
- Drive market growth by developing strong relationships with agencies and key direct clients.
- Be responsible for the overall revenue targets for the region.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with new clients.
- Collaborate with local partners to ensure optimal market representation.
- Lead the planning and execution of training and promotional regional events
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales and a deal track record
- A network of clients (advertising agencies or brands) potentially interested in Eskimi products
- Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships
- Ability and willingness work independently, set and reach ambitious goals

- Fluent spoken and written English and your local language.
