The Opportunity:
We are looking for a technically adept, customer-focused Solutions Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of customer service.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the sales process, bridging the gap between our innovative technology and the complex needs of our enterprise clients.You'll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver, and a storyteller who can articulate the value of our cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the TechSee platform, including its visual AI, LLMs, and AR capabilities, and how they solve real-world customer service challenges.
- Technical Discovery and Solutioning: Collaborate with the sales team to conduct technical discovery sessions with potential clients, identifying their pain points and demonstrating how TechSee's solutions can deliver tangible ROI.
- Demonstration and Presentation: Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to technical and business stakeholders, showcasing the power and flexibility of our platform.
- POC and Pilot Management: Design, build, and manage proof of concepts and pilot projects, ensuring they are successful and clearly demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections from clients.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation guides.
- Market Feedback: Serve as a conduit for product feedback from the field, collaborating with the product and engineering teams to help shape our future roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based software, APIs, and modern web technologies. Experience with AI, machine learning, or augmented reality is a significant plus.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A natural problem solver with a strong ability to understand business needs and architect creative technical solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented sales environment, collaborating with account executives, product managers, and engineers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and energetic approach to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
