In this key role, you'll support our Qualified and Responsible Persons to ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Opportunity
As part of the QA department, the team is made up of highly qualified professionals with strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes. Acting as troubleshooters, they work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve critical issues that could impact patient safety.
We Would Like You To:
- Investigate and close deviations, manage complaints;
- Support the development and operation of the quality management system;
- Review and correct production documentations;
- Find solutions to problems arising in the production and warehouse areas in cooperation with the corresponding departments, as well as the Qualified Persons and Responsible Persons of the company;
- Manage QA-related databases and documentation;
- Collaborate daily with local and international colleagues (QPs, RPs, departments);
- Evaluate transport temperature excursions and prepare risk analyses;
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions and proposing their implementation in the documentation system;
- Communicate new operational procedures at site/company level, and provide related trainings;
- Support audits, inspections and change control processes;
- Prepare reports and statistics for QA management (QMR).
What we need you to have:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics);
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar position;
- Solid English skills, both written and spoken (intermediate level required);
- Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is a plus;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment;
- Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines;
- Attention to detail and a structured, consistent approach to work
