Team leader Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a team of 2 employees
• Manage the accounts payables team on a daily basis
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable reporting
• Manage and improve payment terms with our suppliers
• Manage our cashflow on a daily basis through ensuring timely processing of invoices, resolving of differences and execution of payments in line with the agreed payment terms
• Manage and develop solid accounts payable processes
• Manage the relationship with our suppliers
• Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders such as the Accounting department, the FP&A department, procurement and Goup Head of NWC

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics
• Subject matter expert accounts payable
• +8 years in accounts payable
• +3 years in leading accounts payable teams
• Experience in change management and process improvement
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience in Medical Sector
• Experience with Exact Globe Next, CIFAS
