Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor all preparation and production procedures to ensure proper holding/heating temperatures, rotation, flavor, texture and presentation of the food. 
• Conduct sanitation inspections to ensure that the staff is complying with safe-handling procedures.
• Expedite food orders, prepare and produce food items as required.
• Establish production levels for each shift based on computer generated guest levels.
• Schedule departmental staff coverage.
• Maintain the inventory of food products, organize coolers and storeroom, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Oversee activities of Culinary Staff and provide instruction or guidance as necessary.
• Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends.
• Required to take and pass a Food Service Sanitation course within one year of accepting the position.
• Other duties as assigned.
