About The Role

This position consists of assisting the Executive Director and team members with the overall operations including special projects, analysis, policies and procedures. The incumbent will coordinate ongoing analysis and development of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services/functions within the assigned area. The positions will make a significant contribution to Revenue Cycle's overall effectiveness, which will be expected through the positions’ own work and the influence this position has on the work of others. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting complex projects consistent with the Revenue Cycle Services goals and priorities.

Looking for a candidate to support 2 Executive Directors with large operations at 3 hub locations across the state of Indiana.  An ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills to cascade critical information in a timely manner.  The ability to think critically and agile to adjust to changing work focus.  Requires self-driven individuals to anticipate needs of leaders and teams they support.

• Lean Six Sigma training or experience is a plus.
