Schedule: Part-time (30 hours/week) – Benefits Eligible 3:30pm to 9:30pm

Overview:
This role provides essential administrative and technical support to leaders and teams within the Radiology Department. The Administrative Assistant manages calendars, coordinates meetings and travel arrangements, processes invoices, and handles inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. The position operates with basic guidance and direction, addressing routine administrative and technical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and calendars for department leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices and respond to inquiries appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Address basic technical and administrative issues independently.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or complex environment is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
