Job Purpose  

The job purpose is to onboard potential quality clients with focus on liability products for the Mashreq Gold Segment. 

The job holder will also be responsible in managing the relationship and support the client in any service-related matters and onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients.

Key result Areas  
  • To proactively drive new-to-bank business through acquisition of Mashreq Gold qualified clients.
  • To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way, which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.
  • To proactively solicit / manage businesses, which meet agreed risk-reward parameters of the unit.
  • To deliver agreed liabilities from the New to Bank clients.
  • Intra-organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients.
  • To ensure compliance requirements for the relationships are adhered to in line with the banks policies – KYC, AML, account reviews as per risk levels and high value transaction monitoring.
  • Self-starter to ensure consistency in productivity and performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience  
  • Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, likeable personality, verbal written skills 
  • Strong knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Graduate and have experience in Sales & Marketing with 2 - 3 plus years banking sales experience
