Coordinate, and improve implementation of service standards across the sales unit.Track, monitor and improve the TATs.Assist in tracking & improving quality of customer decimations.Resolve work-related problems & prepare progress reports to Business Development Manager.Facilitate and coordinate on behalf sales teams related activities with other units.Submit/ hand off daily sourced applications to/from other related unites.Assist in tracking, improving, monitoring SLAs between sales channel and all operating departments.

  • Assist in mapping all service processes across all customer touch points for RBG.
  • Help in improving the customer satisfaction levels to ensure that all the survey scores to be at acceptable levels.
  • Adhere to SLAs -TATs, to assure low rejection & decline levels& high quality of customer interaction.
  • Implement solutions to problem areas identified.
  • Assist in handle customer issues.
  • Assist head of sales, business development managers, in preparing the sales approach plan/reports for achieving annual/monthly results through defined targets assigned to every sales channel.
  • Schedule & have product, marketing, credit and risk meetings with sales force.
  • Assist monitoring sales results and measure results against goals set.
  • To ensure quality of sates calls/visits including accuracy & completion of information to minimize risk & fraud.
  • Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.
  • Improve implementation of standards across the unit.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Thorough knowledge of all products and services of RBG.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • 4 - 6 years experience in retail banking environment.
