•    Develop and implement customer communications for the bank (all channels and groups).

As Arabic Content Manager of Corporate Communications, will be responsible for producing high-quality Arabic content across various platforms. Also, will manage and coordinate email communications from different departments and business units. In this role, will oversee content creation, ensuring that both internal and external communications are delivered efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Write compelling content for marketing materials •    Work with several key stakeholders to develop communication for various businesses  •    Collaborate with designers and creative teams •    Work with stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent across all segments •    Define key messages and ensures consistent brand tone voice for external communication•    Storytelling, thought leadership and messaging •    Consulting on communication matters that impact business, enhancing customer experience•    Effective Messaging and Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication platforms, ensuring the brand voice aligns with the organization’s values and is suitable for diverse audiences.
• Excellent command over written & spoken Arabic.•    Strong knowledge of banking.•    Clear, creative and effective writing style.•    Strong knowledge of digital communications techniques •    Strong project management and communication skills •    Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders across the businesses. •    5-8 years of banking experience or significant other writing experience.
