About The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market and publishing strategy for a new AI-powered digital entertainment initiative at our Nanobit studio. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Content, ensuring we define the right positioning, translate audience insights into strategy, and drive adoption across global markets.

The product leverages AI at its core to deliver faster, fresher, and more diverse entertainment experiences. The PMM’s role is to ensure that the product’s value is effectively translated into clear positioning, compelling storytelling, and successful go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Narrative

  • Define and test positioning territories and value propositions.
  • Own the brand story, messaging, and creative identity across markets.

Market & Audience Insights

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking (positioning, UA performance, monetization tactics).
  • Provide ongoing audience insights (preferences, localization needs, monetization signals).
  • Establish a feedback loop from marketing performance back into Product and Content.

Publishing & Content Strategy

  • Recommend content volumes, release cadence, and themes by market based on audience insights, engagement and marketing windows.
  • Support the setup of processes to identify and source best content based on marketing insights & opportunities.
  • Ensure a baseline content library is ready for launch and growth.
  • Run pre-production tests for themes and content ideas

Monetization & Pricing

  • Lead experiments on pricing models (one-time unlocks, subscriptions, hybrid models).
  • Develop regional pricing playbooks and communicate monetization insights to Product.

Marketing & Distribution

  • Define the go-to-market strategy across Paid (UA), Owned (store, social, CRM), and Earned (influencers, partnerships, PR).
  • Work with product to identify mechanics that drive community interaction and virality (sharing, reactions, fan participation)
  • Help manage creative testing (ads, app store optimization, social presence).
  • Provide Product with guidance on content prioritization for marketing support.
  • Develop tactics to build fandom around the series.

Crm & Retention

  • Help design the CRM funnel: notifications, in-app messaging, loyalty mechanics.
  • Design tactics to boost retention and engagement around episode releases, cliffhangers, and binge watching.
  • Experiment with engagement mechanics like polls, votes, and streaks.

Experience And Skills

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or Publishing (digital entertainment, gaming, or consumer apps preferred).
  • Proven experience in positioning, go-to-market planning, and growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with entertainment platforms a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with KPIs like CPI, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
  • Experience driving cultural relevance and understanding trends / memes.
  • Strong creative instincts for testing and evaluating concepts.
  • International experience (US, Europe, Asia, LatAm).
