We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Regional Institutional Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with a broad range of institutional investors, helping to shape and execute market strategies while delivering tailored solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving commercial outcomes, working closely with various internal partners across trading, research, and support functions to deliver a seamless client experience.
This is a front-office role that provides a platform to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth and deepen our presence across the ASEAN institutional investor landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients across the region.
- Deliver actionable market insights, trade ideas, and product solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Partner with various internal teams — including trading, research, FIG etc — to ensure holistic and coordinated client coverage.
- Engage a diverse client base, including asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and hedge funds.
- Stay abreast of market developments and proactively generate ideas that address client needs and market opportunities.
- Articulate trade ideas and market views clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
Required Competencies and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant CMFAS modules for MAS RNF licensing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Murex
- VBA Programming will be a plus
