  • 10 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a customer/partner-facing role related to public cloud services.
  • 7 years of experience leveraging relationships with global system integrators.
  • Experience in collaborating the complexities of technology integrators or consulting/advisory firms.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, workig as an advisor to C-level executives and other key technology decision makers on strategic plans.
  • Experience using Google technologies to develop businesses.
  • Experience as an advisor to key technology decision makers on plans.
  • Experience in partner management or alliance roles within the technology sector.

About The Job

The Partner Ecosystem team seeks a LATAM Alliance Lead to drive business growth in Latin America, primarily through Global System Integrators (GSI)/Strategic Solution Partners (SSP), as we expand our relationships in emerging markets.

As the LATAM Alliance Lead for GSI Partnerships, you will be an executive, influential individual contributor responsible for driving outcomes across all GSI/SSP in the region. This is a Partner Development Manager (PDM) role that requires a sophisticated and nuanced approach to leadership. You will be a key leader, acting as a "conductor" for the entire GSI/SSP in LATAM.

You will cultivate relationships with C-level executives at key partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across Google's business, partner specialist, and GSI teams. Your primary objective will be to accelerate Google Cloud technology adoption and drive shared success by harmonizing our go-to-market strategies with partner capabilities and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships with essential GSI partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all interactions with Google Cloud.
  • Strengthen the sales and technical expertise of our partners by implementing strategic go-to-market initiatives.
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in conjunction with the Global GSI/SSP team throughout Latin America, ensuring alignment with key initiatives such as Vertex AI, agent-based solutions, and BigQuery.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as sales teams, Customer Engineers, and partner sellers, to drive deals and ensure alignment.
  • Track and communicate the partnership's success through pipeline management, wins, and customer references.
