We are looking for Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle EBS SCM capabilities - Advanced Supply Chain Planning ASCP, Global Order Promising GOP, Demantra DM, Collaborative Planning CP

Inventory Optimization IO. We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge.

Description:

• Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Applications with specific focus on Advanced Supply Chain Planning ASCP, Global Order Promising GOP, Demantra DM, Collaborative Planning CP, Inventory Optimization IO.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
• Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Supply Chain ERP application modules and business processes
• Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
• The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
• It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers. This work includes:

• Advising on complex use of Oracle products
• Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
• Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
• Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
• Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain /ERP EBS implementation & support.
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
• Implementation/Support experience on EBS Financial Modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning ASCP, Global Order Promising GOP, Demantra DM, Collaborative Planning CP, Inventory Optimization IO, and other Financials modules.
• Should have Strong Supply Chain business processes knowledge and concepts.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Supply Chain.
• Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
