Key Responsibilities
Client Styling & Experience
- Provide personalized styling advice tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and special occasions.
- Curate refined looks and recommend jewelry pieces that complement the client’s personality and reflect luxury aesthetics.
- Share knowledge about gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and emerging trends in premium jewelry.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service, after-sales support, and consistent engagement.
Sales & Product Expertise
- Drive individual and store sales by delivering exceptional client experiences and leveraging upselling techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, collections, precious stones, and customization possibilities.
- Confidently communicate product value, emphasizing design, materials, and exclusivity.
Visual Merchandising & Presentation
- Ensure displays are elegant, fully stocked, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Maintain product hygiene and showcase presentation in line with premium retail expectations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Record and track client preferences, purchase history, and special occasions to offer personalized service.
- Engage with clients proactively through follow-ups, messages, and exclusive previews or events.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with retail sales teams, artisans (karigars), and management to deliver seamless customer service.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and market insights to support business growth.
