In This Position...
The Strategy & Enterprise Analytics team, part of the Marketing & Enterprise Analytics organization within Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A), is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager with a robust background in data and artificial intelligence to lead complex, high-impact programs. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate with business partners to deeply understand both the business outcomes and the intricate technical solutions required to drive significant business results.
What You'Ll Do...
- Lead complex, high-impact programs, driving holistic planning, execution, and on-time, high-quality, within-budget launches. Strategically coordinate critical stakeholders, including senior leadership, for program success.
- Deeply understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks, driving root cause analysis, evaluating trade-offs, and proposing strategic solutions. Possess an architectural understanding of project ecosystems and their integration points.
- Champion advanced Jira configuration, automation, and reporting to support complex product operations. Establish and enforce standards for Jira usage, backlog grooming, and dependency management to ensure data integrity, predictability, and transparency across programs.
- Design and implement robust processes, frameworks, and governance models for program management. Continuously identify and drive opportunities to optimize team flow, capacity utilization, and overall program efficiency.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with product, engineering, and business leaders. Lead and facilitate complex, cross-functional discussions to align technical approaches with business scope and strategic objectives.
- Author comprehensive project documentation, ensuring robust change control, audit trails, and clear communication of complex program concepts, risks, and progress to diverse audiences.
You'Ll Have...
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, high-impact programs.
- Expert in advanced Jira configuration, automation, and reporting to support complex product line operations.
- Capable of discussing highly complex, ambiguous problems from beginning to end with senior architects, engineers, or other stakeholders or external dependencies.
- Experienced with Jira, backlog grooming, and dependency management, with the ability to produce robust change control documentation, audit trails, and historical context for long-running programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deep-dive into complex technical issues to understand root causes, evaluate trade-offs, and propose strategic solutions.
- Architectural understanding of project ecosystems, integration points, and future scalability needs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage technical dependencies and solution misalignments across multiple products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to senior leaders and representing projects in both technical solutioning and business outcome discussions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends in project management and the evolving technical landscape.

- M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, SPC, etc.).
- Experience in legal or regulatory domains.
- Experience with big data technologies, cloud-based data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Looker, Streamlit, Dash).
- Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated capacity management models and resource allocation strategies.
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
