Production Planner

 Responsible for daily production arrangement, including sample and mass production parts, and keep reasonable FG stock;  Responsible for tracking production plan implement status;  Based on LMPU and cycle time, input E-KANBAN to L2L ;  Work with AMT leader to identify if current cycle time is reasonable to find best productivity  Responsible for output Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly production plan for OT and HC reference;  PEFF tracking;  Organize meeting for SOP/EC parts and EOP parts but over 2 month not produced  Prepare for weekly production plan meeting and attend;  DOH analysis;  Production capacity risk warning;  Attend CPC meeting;  Work with customer planner/raw material planner/warehouse supervisor together to analyze the big difference between pull and demand for raw materials;  Meet Logistics BPR requirement;  Support other tasks assigned by Logistics manager.  Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement; Understand and abide by rule during work; Understand the hazard resource and control method during work. Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.
