About The Opportunity
An excellent full-time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Property Manager, to join our WA Asset Management team. Working within the friendly and dynamic Commercial Property Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Senior Property Manager and grow within a successful company.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior Property Manager, ideally with strong experience across retail assets and demonstrates the highest standard of professionalism in both presentation and communication. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of MRI, exceptional organisational skills, proven ability to work in changing environments and a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Manage a selection of retail, office and industrial assets
- Ability to identify and convert opportunities into managements
- Adhere to all key performance indicators as set out in the Management Agreements
- Ensure Risk Management practices are applied
- Ensure excellent communication with all external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain efficient and tight control over the asset operating costs
- Prepare and implement Budgets and Business Plans along with preparation of Owners Reports
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence and lease information
- Reporting and documentation in line with client and organisational operational procedures including rental arrears and income monitoring, lease administration and record keeping
- Oversee all operations and maintenance of property
- Monitor all property management timeframes and ensure all property related deadlines are met
- Maintaining market pricing knowledge and changes to legislation affecting your area of responsibility
What Sets You Apart
- Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in Property Management
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Experience across retail centre management
- Skills in MRI (required)
- Administration and financial management skills
- Strong understanding of financial reporting
- Advanced/high intermediate level skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Works competently and well under pressure
- Be able to work with high volume process tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organised and professional presentation
