Duties

• • Lead and develop national compliance and probity frameworks
• • Oversee intake systems ensuring consistency and quality
• • Monitor data trends to inform planning and risk management
• • Guide state managers in meeting contract obligations
• • Support audits, accreditation, and departmental reviews

Skills & Experience

• • Degree in human services, compliance, business, or law
• • Strong compliance and governance experience in regulated sector
• • Proven ability to embed national systems and frameworks
• • Advanced data analysis and reporting capability
• • Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
