  • Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MI. (In-office Tues., Wed., & Thurs.)

About The Role

Helm is seeking a client focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Virtual Income Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving dealership engagement in Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (CDJR) stores, supporting CDJR field teams, and ensuring the successful execution of sales programs. Requirements

Relationship Development & Client Support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CDJR field teams and dealership personnel.
  • Partner with dealership decision-makers to develop action plans and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to dealership ownership and management on product performance, mix, promotions, and opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Program Execution

  • Collaborate with client field teams to address loyalty challenges and improve dealer engagement.
  • Escalate dealership-related concerns to the Program Manager and client teams.
  • Target and convert conquest dealerships that are underutilizing client products.

Product Expertise & Education

  • Maintain “Subject Matter Expert” status on all client products, services, and incentive programs.
  • Train and motivate dealership personnel to drive product sales and increase program participation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor within assigned dealerships.

Territory & Business Planning

  • Efficiently manage assigned territory to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain account-specific business development plans.
  • Monitor performance against expectations and adjust strategies accordingly.

Data Reporting & Feedback

  • Accurately document all activities, calls, follow-ups, and dealer insights.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management and clients on competitive activity, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, goals, and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, results-driven culture with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client success, sales, or dealership support roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
