Reports to: Finance Planning Manager

Primary Function / Why does the job exist?
The role of Finance Planning & Analysis is required both regular reporting and special project with guidance. FPA should cross-functionally work together with to meet regular requirements like Annual Plan, Quarterly Financial Forecast and Strategic Plan, etc. Also, FP&A would support management to make a sound decision on the company business.
Working Relationships / Reports to whom? Supervises whom? Peer Relationships.
Active communication and Work Closely with Other functions (Commercial, Marketing, HR etc.) within Kellanova & Region Finance Team for reporting

FP&A Team: The team consists of 2 members within the Finance function, which has a total of 11 employees.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Principal Duties & Responsibilities / These should represent the “core” of the job duties.
- Perform the responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports and meeting the timeline
- Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and LE through communication with other functions
- Conduct periodic performance analysis and reports based on accounting closing data.
- Prepare and update the monthly financial reports (financial summary, brand PL, Volume& inventory, OH summary etc.) for internal information after period closing
- Communicate with commercial team and monitor BB & overhead expenses to find financial opportunity and risk.
- Build database about competitors and industry in terms of numeric/non-numeric information
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Preferred Education & Experience
- University graduated with 4 years or more experience in Finance and Accounting.
- At least 3-5 years of finance experience
- Bilingual in English and Korea Languages in speaking and writing
- Must be familiar with MS OFFICE application
- SAP experience preferred
Analytical and problem solving and critical thinking skills
