As Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine. Picture yourself crafting and executing strategies that bring our brands to life, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Trade Marketing, and support teams. Your days will be filled with creativity, analysis, and collaboration—each decision you make helping to write the next chapter in Ferrero’s success story.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager at Ferrero, you’ll step into a role that’s both dynamic and essential to our future. You’ll be the driving force behind the marketing strategy for your assigned brands, working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other support teams. Your mission? To develop brand plans that don’t just follow trends, but set them—ensuring our brands continue to delight and inspire.
Your days will be filled with variety and impact. You’ll define and execute marketing, advertising, and promotional plans, making sure every campaign and communication reflects the spirit of Ferrero. Staying ahead of the curve, you’ll keep a close eye on the competitive landscape, analyzing industry trends and overseeing category performance. Your insights will fuel creative consumer and shopper activation activities, turning data into action.
You’ll dive deep into brand performance, analyzing everything from sales and pricing to stock levels and market share. When it comes to media, you’ll take the lead—briefing agencies, approving plans, and making sure every euro spent delivers results. Creative development will be in your hands, whether it’s adapting communication materials, launching national promotions, or building co-marketing partnerships.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work with agencies and internal teams to develop strong promotional activities, always measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and using data to guide your next move. You’ll shape the brand portfolio, adapting labels and artwork to local needs while staying true to international guidelines and regulations. Managing budgets will be second nature, as you plan, supervise, and monitor costs, always ready to propose new directions if needed.
And because sharing our story matters, you’ll prepare and deliver presentations to teams across the company—whether it’s the sales force, management, or central functions—showcasing the progress and potential of your brands.
Who We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics (a Marketing degree is a plus), and at least three years of marketing experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. You’ll be comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken, and you’ll have strong computer skills—especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with SAP as an advantage. Your ability to coordinate with multiple departments, juggle priorities, and communicate clearly will set you apart. Most importantly, you’ll bring passion, energy, and the drive to work with world-class brands.
