Assistant Manager - Finance (Financial Accounting)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial accounting function and closure of books. 
• Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining monthly balance sheet schedules with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile discrepancies and provide explanations to management.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, providing documentation, and addressing audit queries. Ensure a smooth and timely audit process.
• Prepare and deliver accurate individual vendor and consolidated group accounts payable reports, highlighting ageing payments.
• Responsible for accounts receivables functional. Ensure timely follow-up with customers and accurate reporting of receivables and related reporting.

Person Specifications

• •    A graduate degree or part/fully qualified in a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• •    A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
• •    Accurate and precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• •    Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• •    Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
