What We Achieve Together

  • You will coordinate part approvals (VGPA) with R&D, Purchasing, and Production.
  • You will manage incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and semi-finished products.
  • You will drive supplier claims with reactive and proactive quality approaches.  
  • You will apply Quality Tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, Process Audits, 5S, and 8D Problem Solving.
  • You will validate production release, part/module approvals, and line transfers.
  • You will guide and train quality technicians on quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, VGPA).
  • You will contribute to projects during the transition to serial production.
  • You will visit suppliers to discuss potential problems and schedule regular meetings to ensure follow-up of actions.
  • You will report quality KPIs regularly and share with stakeholders.
  • You will comply with quality systems, safety, and sustainability standards.

  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Material Engineering (Master’s preferred) opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance and basic quality management systems, preferably in the heating, cooling, ventilation, or industrial production sectors you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
  • Know-how and Skills: Proficiency in quality processes and Q-Core tools: FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D/PSP, 5S, Part Approval Process, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001/45001, advanced MS Office and SAP skills, PLM knowledge is a plus and will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Yellow Belt Project Certification preferred; VDA 6.3 Auditor Certification is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English to communicate effectively on an international level.
  • Personality: Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills will set you apart.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driving license with active driving experience.
