Who We’Re Looking For:
As we continue our growth, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Demand Generation team. This role will be responsible for digital marketing efforts for the marketing team with a focus on demand generation aimed at fueling revenue growth for the company. This position will have responsibilities encompassing a wide variety of marketing activities (webinars, emails, newsletters, nurture campaigns, ABM, online campaigns, content syndication, etc.) designed to bring in MQLs for new logo and upsells. MQLs should be of a high quality to the point that a fair percentage of them develop into SQLs and SALs, driving leads that translate to revenue for the company. Alongside the new logo and upsell efforts, this role will also help with transition efforts to consolidate users of other platforms over to ParentSquare.
This role will also carry primary responsibility of improving SEO for the company’s website properties. As part of that, this team member will play a key role in launching a new and refreshed website presence for parentsquare.com while working closely with the outside vendor we have contracted to design the new website. This role will be a contributor to various aspects of the website including content, content downloads, product and landing page layout, forms, demo requests, and more.

This Role Will Include:
- Create, write, support, and deliver email campaigns and newsletters to prospects and customers
- Develop nurture campaigns for various segments
- Collaborate across the marketing team to execute coordinated campaigns
- Support webinars through ideation of topics, setup, support, and management of related activities
- Develop an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy to drive parentsquare.com to achieve top rankings
- Develop a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to make sure we are represented favorably in AI models
- Help design and execute targeted ABM campaigns that enable future growth and support market transitions
- Competitive research of players in the K-12 communications space
- Evaluate strategies employed on competitor websites, podcasts, ad spend, and other digital marketing efforts
- Recommend website strategies for ParentSquare
- Support product launches providing lead gen specific deliverables
- Leverage our customer advocacy program for demand gen campaigns
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and approvals
- Write storyboards (leveraging AI) for short format videos targeting specific audiences
- Recommend audience splits and write content for our persona-based marketing
- Recommend upsell motions across products for customers with various ParentSquare tech-stack configurations (e.g. how best to sell ParentSquare websites to ParentSquare communications customers)
- Manage outside vendors as needed
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand generation programs for SaaS companies
- Deep background in managing the web presence of an edtech company, including website redesigns, developing and executing SEO strategies
- A level of comfort leveraging generative AI tools to accomplish business goals and objectives
- A top performer who helps fuel the company’s revenue growth through strong contribution to the pipeline in both the upsell and new logo categories
- The ability to help plan and execute our digital strategy and improve our online presence
- Excellent writing and editing skills with experience creating content across digital formats
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing team as well as product, sales, client engagement, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage timelines across multiple active projects
- A passion for improving the lives of students through communication
- Edtech experience is a big plus
