Following our remarkable growth in Switzerland and success in Germany, Unit8 is excited to expand into the US market. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented SVP Growth with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our US market expansion and drive new logo acquisition.
This role is crucial in driving Unit8’s go-to-market strategy for the USA, with a sharp focus on business development and sales hunting. We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader with a proven track record in acquiring new logos and expanding market presence. As a self-starter and doer, you'll lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities to seize new opportunities and accelerate our growth in this vibrant market.
About You:
- You bring at least 7 years of experience in leading management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology, with a focus on data, AI, and analytics.
- Your proven track record in acquiring new logos and expanding business relationships in data, AI, and analytics services showcases your sales hunting expertise.
- You are well-acquainted with the US business landscape and can leverage your existing network of decision-makers effectively.
- Your skills in building and managing high-performing teams make you a natural leader.
- You excel at identifying and prioritizing business challenges, providing innovative and relevant solutions.
- As an excellent communicator, you are motivated to represent Unit8 externally.
- You are willing to travel up to 40%, primarily within the USA, with occasional visits to Switzerland.
- Your educational background in IT, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences supports your expertise.
- With a “can-do mentality” and entrepreneurial spirit, you are ready to drive growth and expansion.
What You’Ll Do
- Sales & Growth: Acquire new customers and grow relationships, carrying a sales quota.
- Establish Presence: Lead Unit8’s expansion in the USA as Director of Data & AI & Business Expansion.
- Identify Opportunities: Spot market opportunities through conferences, meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Strategize: Define and execute our USA go-to-market plan focused on commercial success.
- Lead Teams: Develop and lead a high-performing team in a matrix structure.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Collaborate: Work with internal Unit8 teams to equip yourself for success.

The estimated total salary range for this position is $150,000 - $290,000 per year, determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
