Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are hiring for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our Rehab department in Dayton, WA!

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients across inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, pediatric, and school settings. They diagnose and manage speech, language, and swallowing disorders, perform screenings, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities include documenting progress, updating treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, and participating in IEPs. The role also involves staying current with documentation standards and applying interventions to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing safety.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State Occupational Therapist license; Pediatrics experience is a plus!

Compensation And Benefits:

• Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus included!
• Full-Time, 36-40 hours/week
• Operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm

About the Department: The Rehabilitation Therapy team at CCHS focuses on a multi-disciplinary approach to whole body therapy. This innovative team involves services from PTs, OTs, SLPs, an Acupuncturist, Aquatic Therapy, and other services to deliver the best care to our community. We use autonomous treatment plans that are built for quality specific care. At CCHS, you will also have the support of the whole health system, able to treat the patient holistically with Respiratory Therapy, Family Practice Clinics, Assisted Living, Radiology, Wound Care, Palliative Care, and more.
