Pay range: $70k to 90k

Your Daily Role

• Lead & Develop Team – Manage, coach, and grow the U.S. IT technical team while driving daily operations and issue resolution.
• Strategic IT Planning – Align IT initiatives with company goals, oversee project portfolio, and support implementation of new technologies.
• Operations & Support – Ensure reliable IT systems, equipment, and connectivity while providing timely support and maintaining documentation.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Build vendor relationships, secure quotes, and manage contracts for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Security & Compliance – Integrate best practices in IT security, change management, and performance standards to protect systems and data.

Your Profile

• Technical Expertise – Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking (WiFi, RF devices), and core IT services (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, VPN).
• Leadership & Project Management – Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage complex projects, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Organization – Skilled at prioritizing multiple demands, analyzing challenges, and delivering practical solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration – Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Industry Experience – 5+ years in IT infrastructure and support management, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with flexibility to travel across U.S. sites
