Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets
• Collaborate effectively with all departments to maintain smooth operations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities offered by the resort
• Continuously enhance professional skills to improve guest experiences
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment at all times
• Uphold guest privacy rights and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in the timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; native speaker in Khmer language and additional languages are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and presentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
