Job Description

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is a leading commercial real estate firm seeking a Development Analyst to support our Development Services team in multiple markets on industrial and office projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on all facets of the development lifecycle—including market analysis, site selection, underwriting, land acquisition, building design, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition.

As a key member of a close-knit, high-performing team, the Development Analyst will play a vital role in driving the success of new development projects. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and quantitative analysis for development projects
• Perform market research and evaluate economic, demographic, and supply-demand trends impacting development
• Support land acquisitions and due diligence processes
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders, capital partners, and clients
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess project and market trends
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners including legal teams, capital sources, and leasing professionals
• Represent Stream Realty in the marketplace by cultivating industry relationships and contributing to the growth of the platform

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, masters degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably with exposure to development and/or leasing

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including acquisition and development modeling in excel. Argus proficiency a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
• Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
