Why this job is exciting 

The Solutions Architect is a senior technical expert who designs solutions tailored to clients' business goals.

This role blends deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture with strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and pre-sales experience.

You will work closely with sales, project engineering, and service delivery teams to craft innovative solutions across NexusTek’s Managed AI & Data, Hybrid Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Infrastructure portfolio of services.

You Know How To:

• Design and architect enterprise-wide AI/ML solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
• Develop tailored AI-based services and LLM solutions for clients by identifying use cases, designing custom pipelines, and creating solutions to meet client needs and deliver business value.
• Collaborate with data scientists and project engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Author and review Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with project engineering.
• Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead design sessions.
• Stay current with AI trends, ethical standards, and industry certifications.
• Lead the technical vision for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

Proficiencies:

• 7+ years in software architecture, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML
• Deep expertise in modern ML frameworks and cloud-native architectures
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker

Certifications:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are highly preferred 

Pay And Benefits:

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.  

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)    

In addition to the base salary this position offers sales incentives as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions)  

The expected commission for this role is ~$30,000.00
