Job Description
Strategic Management
HR Strategy & Transformation – Drive PS-IN HR agenda (TAR, CAD) in alignment with corporate HR; enable long-term planning, RBIN synergy, and BBM transformation.
People & Organization Development – Lead talent and succession management, career planning, expat management, HR policy deployment, and PJ-ORD sustenance, supported by data analytics.
Employee Experience & Engagement – Strengthen culture and engagement (GPTW, BPC) while involving both white- and blue-collar workforce across plants.
Kpi:
Achievement of balance score card (Leadership transformation, qualification, location attractiveness, SUL structure, women in SLx)
Business Plan:
Targets & KPIs – Set PS-IN HR targets (corporate & plants) and track through GPD and reviews.
Performance – Enhance organizational and people performance via structure analysis, measures, and hiring/PUL fulfillment.
HR Setup – Lead BVS HR preparation with plants and strengthen HR setup (projects, community, capacity).

Achievement of talent plan to meet target business plan (TBP)
Talent Planning And Management:
Plan and supervise the implementation of the people agenda by ensuring the availability of a robust talent pipeline for all business-critical roles.

Availability of succession planning of all key roles
Hr Processes:
Oversee implementation of HR processes and systems for the business to ensure talent & workforce availability.
