Job Description

Main Objective Of The Job:

Support and incident management for Customer Data Transfer systems in Automotive Electronics industry

Main Attributions And Responsibilities:

• Monitor the IT infrastructure and the distributed environments via monitoring tools
• Define, configure and maintain the monitoring of each system
• Install and configure IT applications on production machines
• Maintain updated the knowledge base and the documentation
• Actively participating in workshops with the client
• Organizes and executes software maintenance measures
• Checks and maintains the mailboxes, the ISM tool for tickets/work requests and other tools 
• Ensures the quality of the service processes and the transfer of knowledge and information
•  Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior/SMEs.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma
• High school Diploma

Knowledge And Skills:

• Language: English (B2);
• Degree in a technical field, such as Information technology,
• Computer Science, Systems Administration or similar - not mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support (preferably, not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of the server operating systems Linux (preferably RHEL, Fedora, CentOS) and Windows
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or MySQL (preferably, not mandatory
• Basic networking /infrastructure knowledge (preferably, not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 shift mode
• Understanding and following the procedures and work instructions
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Self-dependent, structured, self-developing person with analytical thinking and problem-solving focus
