Your Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers working on Web3 and blockchain solutions.
• Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices for blockchain platforms and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Ensure functional, performance, and security testing for smart contracts, wallets, consensus mechanisms, APIs, and blockchain nodes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate QA processes across the development lifecycle.
• Design test plans for smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, Move, etc.) and blockchain protocols.
• Implement automated testing tools for Web3 technologies (Ethereum, EVM-based chains, Hedera, Polygon, etc.).
• Manage release readiness, regression testing, bug tracking, and defect management.
• Stay up to date with the latest blockchain testing tools, frameworks, and vulnerabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes to ensure scalability and reliability of Web3 systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (QA Lead/QA Manager).
• Strong experience with Web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems testing.
• Proven expertise in smart contract testing (manual + automated).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-driven QA.
• Familiarity with security testing (fuzzing, penetration testing for smart contracts, vulnerability assessment).
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing QA teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience with performance testing of blockchain networks.
• Knowledge of NFTs, DeFi, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain protocols.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain QA frameworks or tools.
• Certifications in blockchain, QA, or security testing.
