In this role, you’ll be the architect of our skills and careers strategy, giving employees the clarity, motivation, and tools they need to grow their capabilities and exceed expectations. You’ll work at the intersection of learning, workforce planning, and digital transformation to shape a culture of continuous development.
What You’Ll Do
- Drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives so employees acquire future ready skills needed for tomorrow’s challenges (e.g. GenAI, machine learning, data science).
- Design and lead internal career infrastructure process and philosophy; manage portfolio of competency libraries, skills assessments and job profiles.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and org design initiatives to ensure that employee skills and careers are always aligned with company strategy.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze workforce skill gaps against future requirements; design targeted development interventions.
- Lead change management efforts to create a learning culture by influencing stakeholders to prioritize employee development.
- Oversee our portfolio of digital learning and skill assessment platforms; measure performance, maximize ROI and monitor external marketplace and make recommendations for tools and technologies to add to our portfolio.
What You Bring
- Experience creating and executing enterprise skill strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and/or globally on transformation initiatives.
- 6-8 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or a related area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
