Sales Manager

Join our team as a Sales Manager and drive growth through market research, active sales, and strategic customer engagement. You’ll lead negotiations, manage contracts, and implement sales plans—ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximized. With a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering accurate forecasts, you’ll play a key role in expanding our business and strengthening our market presence.

• Market research and analysis for potential sales
• Active sales, negotiations and contract work
• Implementing a sales plan
• Tracking sales goals by monitoring progress and reporting results as necessary
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met
• Managing sales projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales (aviation experience as an advantage)
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a project
• Flexibility and availability to travel as part of your role
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience in setting sales goals.
