Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future
At Presidio, we’re at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses—and their customers—to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role
The Presidio Enterprise Software Licensing Coordinator will partner with the Presidio Whole Portfolio Agreement (WPA) Customer Success Manager to handle license administration, deliver ongoing license tracking reports, and provide detailed license consumption data. You will work closely with the WPA Customer Success Manager and collaborate with our Hardware Asset Management team to perform gap analyses between licenses and hardware utilization. Your focus will be on delivering accurate data and actionable insights that help clients maximize the value of their licensing agreements, while serving as a key member of the WPA Customer Success team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor, reconcile, and track licensing alert notifications within clients’ Cisco Smart Accounts, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of compliance issues.
  • Track all license expiration dates, maintain a documented renewal schedule, and ensure timely renewals to remain compliant.
  • Conduct a monthly review of Cisco Smart Account user roles, recommend changes to the CSM for client approval, and reconcile approved changes within the Cisco Smart Account.
  • Collect license utilization data from multiple sources for each assigned client and deliver standardized, scheduled reports to the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to compare hardware and license utilization and share insights with the CSM.
  • Standardize and schedule regular utilization reports—highlighting consumption, compliance status, data changes, and renewal timelines—and deliver them to the CSM. Proactively set alerts for renewal windows and underutilized licenses to enable timely optimizations and license right-sizing.
  • Support the CSM in onboarding new WPA agreements by assisting with Cisco Smart Account restructuring, retrieving historical agreement data, and updating Cisco Smart Account user roles and responsibilities.
  • Follow and continuously refine CSM-established procedures and workflows to ensure efficient software license management.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Knowledge of Cisco Software Central and Enterprise Licensing.
  • Flexibility and willingness to quickly learn new skills and applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Resourcefulness — able to research across multiple sources and solve problems efficiently with minimal direction.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
  • One to three years software experience.
