The Role
Presidio Project Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units, internal and external to the company. This role is vital for maintaining project momentum and ensuring that IT asset management initiatives meet their objectives efficiently. Project Coordinator will document and catalog best practices and suggest improvements to the onboarding and delivery practices, in coordination with the Asset Management Team Leader and Director.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables and achievement of customer KPIs across various internal and external business units.
• Assist the Asset Management Team Leader with documenting meeting minutes and tracking customer attendees.
• Document the completion of key onboarding activities and data validation metrics internally within the company.
• Report findings regarding project status and metric completion to the Asset Management Team Leader and Director.
• Raise awareness when project objectives or KPIs are missed, identifying the responsible parties.
• Proactively escalate potential risks to project timelines or objective attainment to the appropriate teams when they are in danger of being missed.

Required Skills And Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Demonstrated experience in multi-team and/or multi-organization project management, with a portfolio of completed efforts or examples readily available.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Proficiency with multiple communication and collaboration platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills And Professional Experience:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in IT Asset Management, including familiarity with ServiceNow, NetBrain, SolarWinds, or other similar solutions.
