  • Remote mode (first 6–9 months): After this period, the role will require regular presence in our Poland office (4–5 days a week). Don’t worry—you’ll have company (and food!) there.
  • Employment type: Full-time contract, starting with a freelancer agreement for the first 6–9 months.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (from job intake to offer), with a focus on engineering, infra, and product.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements.
  • Proactively source and build pipelines of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency and responsiveness throughout the process.
  • Act as a DataCrunch brand ambassador in the talent market—building relationships, networking, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to refining recruitment processes, tools, and metrics as we scale.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in recruiting for technical roles (agency or in-house, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment).
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with engineering roles (DevOps, Infrastructure, Software, Cloud, Networking) and the ability to speak the same language as candidates.
  • Culture fit: You’re curious, open-minded, and excited about contributing to an international, innovative, and collaborative culture.
  • Sourcing skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other sourcing platforms.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English (Polish is a plus).
  • Ownership mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
