Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT System Administrator to support our office users across macOS and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira for ticketing and workflow management, and strong proficiency in Office 365 applications. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and delivering excellent technical support to our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for macOS and Windows systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using Jira, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
- Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup, device provisioning, and access management.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
